Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com). The apps' online services, when they have any, are hosted in the European Union by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Site terms of use
This site presents the Merguez app. Access is free and requires no sign-up.
The publisher takes care to keep this information accurate, but the features described may change from one version of the app to the next. Links to third-party sites, including the App Store, are not the publisher's responsibility.
Purchases and refunds
Downloads, in-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, on your Apple Account, under the App Store terms. The publisher never has access to your payment details.
A subscription is cancelled from your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, including within 14 days of a purchase. For any question about a purchase, write to merguez@lacobble.dev.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising cookies. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) only turns on after your explicit consent in the banner; without consent, no cookie is set. Your choice is asked again after 13 months if you accepted, 6 months if you declined.
Your theme, language and consent choices are remembered in your browser (local storage), with no cookie and no transmission to anyone.
Personal data
What the app and this site do with your data is detailed in the privacy policy. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logos and code of this site belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Trademarks mentioned (Apple, App Store…) belong to their owners.

This site and this notice are governed by French law.
